tripadvisorBilly's food and service was amazing. Every meal was a delight and he gave us a lot of great local tips. Would absolutely recommend Canyons and Chefs to anyone looking to enjoy some elevated cuisine.
MoreWe were so happy with Billy's service! The food was absolutely delicious and everything was so fresh. He even went above and beyond by setting up our ceremony chairs in the perfect spot with the most beautiful view. He handled every detail smoothly, which made the day feel stress-free for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service or better food! Highly recommend.
MoreMy group was a Sedona retreat of 14 women ranging in age from 40 to 80, and Billy took exceptional care of every single one of us. His ability to support all levels of hikers — from the more adventurous to those who needed a slower, steadier pace — was truly remarkable. And the food… absolutely exceptional. Every meal was thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully prepared.
MoreBilly arranged/organized a trip with friends to the Grand Canyon that was one of the most enjoyable trips I've ever taken. It was wonderful to be with a group of friends and have such a knowledgeable and friendly dude helping us out. He was very flexible in scheduilng and adjusting things on the fly based on the needs/wants of our group, including a spontaneous stop at the beautiful El Tovar for a beer after a particularly challenging hike! The meals he prepared for us were the highlight of the adventure. Perfectly prepared and well-thought out with local, seasonal ingredients and amazing wine pairings. Would definitely recommend and hope to meet again in the future!
MoreI celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary with a glamping trip to the Grand Canyon. Billy did an excellent job guiding myself, my wife, and 2 other couples on hikes through the Grand Canyon. The food was superb. High end 3 course meals were commonplace prepared with a southwest theme. We stayed at the ClearSky Resort in a sky dome. We had a comfortable bed, hot showers, and flushable toilets (full plumbing). Billy catered to the needs of the group and adjusted hikes accordingly. He exceeded my expectations.
