Located in a beautifully restored historic 1901 home, Jewel of the North blends comfort, community, and flavor in every dish. Our menu features locally sourced ingredients from Browning Beef Ranch, Sonnenberg’s Market—one of Spokane’s oldest butcher shops where we grab our steaks—and Duncan Produce. We also love collaborating with other local favorites, like our J.O.T.N. Chicken Sandwich, brined with Spiceology’s Maple Bourbon seasoning and finished with Elixir’s Rum Habanero Hot Sauce.
