5 night cruise on the Radiance of the Seas Gerald and Marthin were excellent staff in the main dining room. Great service and very friendly. Always were happy and excited to see us.Staff was always friendly and attentive. All the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience.Jeromey at Chops was amazing very friend and very attentive. Food was great and atmosphere was excellent and made my Birthday dinner very memorable. Events, entertainment and shows on board were excellent with many opportunities to see the performers at different times and venues.The windjammer had an excellent buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. We attend breakfast daily and lunch once. If you are an adult beverage enjoyer a drink card is a must.The boat never seemed too crowded and seating for shows was always available.Radiance of the Seas was a much smaller ship than their Icon class. Our Chichén Itzá excursion was cancelled about 2 weeks before the cruise. That was one of the reasons we chose this cruise and I can’t put it into words how disappointed we were.Dining in the Samba Grille wasn’t the best. The temperate of the meats (rare-well) was disappointing at the Samba grille asked for Med rare and most came out medwell to well. And yes I asked for recooks and came out the same way so I gave up on trying to have it correted. The waiter Alex was excellent.
