Canopy is a movement and wellness studio rooted in the heart of Wahiawā, created as a space for balance, growth, and connection. Born across the parking lot from Bizia, our surf and coffee space, Canopy offers a place to slow down, breathe deeply, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself. Our classes are designed to support both active lifestyles and holistic well-being, welcoming beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Alongside yoga and breathwork, our schedule continues to grow with offerings such as Feldenkrais, Mama & Me classes, Afro Fusion dance, and other embodied movement practices that encourage strength, mobility, and joyful expression. Beyond weekly classes, Canopy hosts community-focused events and rotating specials including seasonal workshops, Valentine’s gatherings, Off Duty sessions, and swimwear pop-ups — creating opportunities to connect, move, and experience wellness in different ways. Our mission is simple: to provide a welcoming, inclusive space where movement, recovery, and community come together. We’re building a canopy of care, connection, and regeneration for our Wahiawā and North Shore community.
