We are a South Bay-based general contractor. We specialize in design-builds for projects such as new homes, home additions, and ADUs, but we also offer premium kitchen and bathroom remodeling. You'll have a dedicated project manager who will serve as your single point of contact from start to finish. You can hire us to design your project, or come to us with plans in-hand. If you do hire us to do your plans, you'll get upfront ballpark pricing as well as a tentative price once they've been drawn and engineered. As the plans evolve, as they always do, we keep you up-to-date on real-time cost changes. Once your plans are approved, a contract will be drafted. We like this model because it can keep your project from walking away from your budget. It also allows you to see how we work before you hire us for the actual project. With us, you can expect: - Clear communication - Routine walk-throughs of your project - Diligent project management - Efficient scheduling - Premium quality - Clear contracts We know how disruptive construction can be, and we want to minimize the drama for our customers. We move quickly, but without sacrificing quality, and as a customer, you'll always feel like our priority. We only take on a handful of projects at a time because we take the customer-contractor relationship seriously. The folks next in line will get the same attention to detail when it's their turn. Feel free to reach out and see if we're the right fit for your project!
