My focus is on creating a safe, calm space where you can fully relax. I specialize in relaxation massage, Swedish, and lymphatic flow — gentle, intentional techniques that support your body’s natural rhythm and reset your nervous system. My studio is simple for now. I’m letting it evolve slowly — curating the space piece by piece as I grow into this work and with my clients. It’s humble, but it’s mine, and it’s full of heart. I’ve joined the Wellness Collective at Park Hill Counseling. My practice is completely independent, but I’m lucky to be connected with other folks who care deeply about whole-person wellness. Outside of massage, I’m usually exploring nature, discovering new music, playing with my cats, or spending time with my amazing granddaughters — the best reminders of what really matters.
