Rise & Thrive ILS is an Independent Living Skills program in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, dedicated to helping adults with disabilities gain confidence, independence, and real‑world skills. Our program is run from a welcoming home designed for hands‑on learning—from cooking and cleaning to budgeting and community participation. We provide personalized support for each participant’s unique goals in a safe and encouraging environment. We proudly serve both Self‑Determination Program (SDP) clients and private pay families.
