House of Watkins is not just another house plan shop. It's a personal design studio where every plan is crafted with care, clarity, and over 30 years of hands-on experience. I believe your home should be designed around your life, not forced into a template. That’s why I work directly with you, guiding you through each step, whether you’re a homeowner with a dream or a builder who values proven, buildable plans. What sets House of Watkins apart? Every client gets my undivided attention. I listen deeply to your needs, using a refined, science-based process that minimizes overwhelm and eliminates surprises. My plans aren’t theoretical. They’re built, lived in, and optimized for wellness, natural light, and cost-efficiency. No two designs are alike, because no two clients are. I’m not here to dazzle you with hype or pressure you into a quick decision. Instead, I offer honest guidance, real collaboration, and a level of excellence you can trust, backed by awards and decades of proven results. My goal is for you to feel equipped, confident, and genuinely cared for throughout your project. If you want a home designed around your life (with no surprises) and a process that feels as personal as the place you’re building, let’s talk.
