Extremely Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Management and Lack of ProfessionalismThe overall experience was extremely disappointing and reflected a serious lack of organization, communication, and professionalism from the management team.Despite reservations being made several months in advance, the property was clearly overbooked and failed to honor the room types originally requested and confirmed. Even more frustrating was the fact that management made changes to these reservations without providing any prior notification or seeking approval from the affected guests.Guests who took the time to plan and secure their accommodations months ahead should reasonably expect their reservations to be honored. Instead, we were placed in an uncomfortable and frustrating situation due to what appeared to be poor planning and mismanagement.What made the situation even worse was management’s response. Rather than acknowledging their mistakes, taking responsibility, and working toward a reasonable solution, staff attempted to shift the blame onto the guests, as though the booking discrepancies were somehow our fault.Overbooking, unauthorized changes to reservations, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability are unacceptable standards for any hospitality establishment.Management needs to seriously reevaluate its reservation procedures, customer service practices, and approach to resolving guest concerns. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect, especially when reservations have been made well in advance.I would strongly caution anyone considering booking this property, particularly for important occasions or trips planned months ahead. A confirmed reservation should provide peace of mind, not become a source of unnecessary stress and frustration.

I needed a place to stay near Naperville, and Townplace Suites in Romeoville was a close and convenient drive to the place I was visiting. Townplace Suites exceeded my expectations due to the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk and the very comfortable (and brand-new!) accommodations. Having a fully equipped kitchenette was not necessary for my relatively short stay, but I still found it to be quite convenient. I choose a King suite, and the space was very well-designed. All the furnishings, especially the couch and the bed, were clean and comfortable. The suite was quiet even though I was on the ground floor. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold foods and beverages. The breakfast room was tidy and tended by a staff person. There was ample seating. Both the workout room and the pool looked inviting, but I did not have time to try them on this trip. I look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Naperville.
