Our bodies signal their needs daily, yet many of us have been conditioned to disregard these vital alerts. The pervasive sentiment expressed by some practitioners—that symptoms are merely imaginative or inconsequential—is all too familiar. Yet, it is my body, and I know when something is amiss. There is a compelling need for collaboration in understanding and addressing health concerns. I currently serve as a Natural Health Educator. In this capacity, while I do not diagnose conditions, I provide clients with informed recommendations based on natural remedies such as dietary adjustments and the therapeutic use of essential oils.
