We rent a SUV at MCO airport for 5 days. The process to get the car was very easy as well as the return process with the support of the Management Assistant Mr. Britt. The car was clean and comfortable.

Just wanted to share an excellent experience I had with Alamo rental car at the Pittsburgh airport. I interacted with four different Alamo employees during the rental and return process, and each one was very helpful and professional. I would definitely rent from Alamo for my next trip.

Beware of Alamo's global standards. I used to be a loyal customer, always choosing Alamo because of their excellent customer service and car quality, but their South African franchise rented my family a completely unroadworthy car. They knowingly handed us a vehicle with a dangerously bald tire and a damaged undercarriage repaired with a zip tie (proven by their own pre-rental video!). If this tire blew out or the undercarriage failed on the highway, the consequences could have been fatal for me, my mother, and my handicapped brother.I’ve always been happy with Alamo in the past, but next time I will rent from someone who knows how to look after their loyal customers

Upton arrival i was assigned a bad car and the team in hirhhada who handled my booking were completely unprofessional and qwre horrible servic-minded ... but after raising this issue up to higher management in Alamo Cairo ariport, the issue was resolved in an excellent timely manner and with a very decent compensation.Special thank to Ahmed Gomaa , Alamo Cairo Airport. He made sure that my case was handle with real care and i am glad for how everything went through.

Always a pleasure with Alamo. I rented in the luxury elite class and the vehicles options stated were not available so I had to take the or similar option which was just ok. Overall my experience is always great with Alamo I rented for a week and the price was reasonable.
