Our Story Capitola Power Wash was founded by Michael Borelli, a 34-year veteran of the California Fire Service. After decades of protecting communities, Michael brought the same dedication, discipline, and attention to detail into serving homeowners, businesses, and Realtors across Santa Cruz County. What began as a way to help properties shine before inspections and sales has grown into a trusted service for pressure washing, clean-up, and property prep. At Capitola Power Wash, we take pride in doing the job right the first time — just like in the fire service — so you can count on your property looking its best when it matters most.
