I stayed at the AC Hotel Noterra for five nights on a business trip. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms and common areas are in great condition. The hotel shares space with an Element by Westin. Its location is close to plenty of restaurants and an open air shopping center. The pool was nice and included a hot tub section. I stayed in a single queen bed room and it was on the small side. It had a single drawer and the closet only housed an iron and ironing board. For a five night stay, the room overall was small and difficult to maneuver around.
MoreWe had a wonderful stay! The hotel had a great atmosphere. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the AZ heat with plenty of seating and shade! The TopGolf swing suites and pickleball courts were a lot of fun. We did check out the full gym which was a great bonus. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The staff was amazing- friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless! Overall, we had an excellent experience and truly have zero complaints. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
MoreThis hotel is a hidden gem Rooms are brand new, absolutely amazing facilities and close to shops and restaurants but honestly don’t bother going to the restaurants, make sure to try the food in here! Food is absolutely beautiful and bar had a fantastic atmosphere! A massive shoutout to Nicole, she was so welcoming at the bar and had a lovely presence!

She spends well over 220 nights a year in Marriott properties, I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing AC Hotel breakfast buffets we’ve seen.One of the reasons we choose AC is because of their premium breakfast buffet. We were here two weeks ago, and there were meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, banana bread, scones, hard-boiled eggs. I’ve noticed that the price is still the same yet the available options have went way down.I feel bad for staff, who are left to explain these changes and absorb our frustrations. It’s tough.

The pool was amazing. Resort-like and beautiful! Food was great and the location was wonderful. This was a hidden gem in the Phoenix area!
