By far the nicest Hyatt Place I've ever stayed at in a secondary market. Guess they are upping their game in new properties. The hotel has a real legit restaurant and bar and it was doing a business. Nice decor throughout. New and spotless. Nice staff. The Deluxe rooms are really nice - feels like a suite. Some good mountain views although a bit of freeway noise.

If you are looking for a new and clean place to stay while visiting Bozeman definitely consider this place. Great restaurant and clean rooms. I would highly recommend. I thought the price was reasonable for the hotel.

This is an attractive but poorly insulated hotel, so if you like traffic noise, pick a mountain-view room, since it overlooks the interstate. You'll also hear people in adjoining rooms. It is not within walking distance of anywhere to eat, although breakfast and dinner are available in the hotel. Dinner service was friendly but lackadaisical. Other staff were friendly.

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Staff, but Some Check-In and Billing FrustrationsWe stayed at the Hyatt Place in Bozeman and overall had a good experience, although there were a few frustrations along the way.We had reserved two rooms, including an ADA-accessible room for my mom. Unfortunately, only one room was ready at the 3 p.m. check-in time. The front desk employee was very new and couldn't tell us when the ADA room would be available, but mentioned that the manager, Hunter, would be back shortly. When I spoke with Hunter, I asked whether my mom's room had the same bathtub bench as our other room. He confirmed that it did and explained that there were no other ADA rooms available with a walk-in shower. However, he offered us a regular room with a walk-in shower and even arranged for an employee to go purchase a shower chair for my mom! He really went above and beyond to make sure she could shower safely, and I truly appreciated his willingness to find a solution. I also learned that not all ADA rooms have the same accessibility features, which is something I'll pay closer attention to when booking in the future. Although the shower and toilet didn't have grab bars, the arrangement worked well for my mom.One other thing I found odd was that there wasn't a microwave in each room. Instead, there was a communal microwave on the floor. For a hotel like this, I would have expected a microwave in the room, so that was a little surprising. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. After my mom went to bed, we enjoyed sitting outside on the beautiful patio watching the sunset. It was warm, although the fire tables not being lit was disappointing. Unfortunately, the overhead lights came on and completely ruined the atmosphere. It was such a lovely space, and the bright lighting really took away from the experience. We were told the lights were controlled by corporate. We ended up going inside for a snack instead.Checkout was uneventful, but a few days after returning home, I noticed an approximately $100 difference between our two room charges. One was an ADA king room with a mountain view, and the other was a standard room with two queen beds and a mountain view. I called the hotel and was directed to corporate. Corporate then directed me back to the hotel, which was frustrating. After some discussion, I was told someone would follow up with me.Hunter did call a few days later and adjusted one of the room charges by approximately $67, which I appreciated. However, I still don't understand why there was such a difference in the charges to begin with.Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, and Hunter deserves special recognition for the effort he made to accommodate my mom's needs. I just wish the check-in process and billing had been a little smoother.
