We’re a 100% sourdough bakery based in Arizona — born in a garage, raised by farmers markets, and now growing across the Valley with a mission that hasn’t changed since day one: real bread, made the old way. That means no shortcuts. No commercial yeast. Just flour, water, salt — and time. Lots of time. Our loaves and pastries are made with heritage grains grown locally and milled fresh in-house on our stone mill. We ferment everything naturally with Harriet, our sourdough starter (she’s been with us for over a decade now and she’s still going strong). Why? Because we believe in baking that honors tradition, respects the land, and supports our local food economy.
