I love this toy store. If your buying toys from a toy store in a mountain town you aren't really looking for a deal, you're looking for an experience. The German lady behind the counter is always...

I don't know why the owner decided to open a toy shop...they don't want any kids touching their toys & will let all the customers know that. So uncomfortable. The prices are inflated, too.

Subject: Outrageous Behavior at Toy Mountain - You've Lost a Loyal Customer Dear Toy Mountain Owner, I've been a loyal customer for years, but after my recent experience, I will never set foot...

Sell fake items and portray they are the real deal. Then when confronted they acted rude and wouldn't help. Horrible stores do not recommend

The owner and workers were so sweet, and it was a charming store. They even track the birth dates on some of the stuffed animals to help kids find a match to their own birthday.
