EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!!We were visiting Orlando area & looking forward to this luau. We purchased tickets months in advance. Upon arrival at the venue, we were informed by the venue staff that the event was cancelled. We received NO NOTIFICATION of the cancellation by the company until AFTER the venue staff phoned the luau coordinator to validate when then came via email while I was standing there talking to the venue staff. This cost us cutting our time at SeaWorld short, an Uber ride to and from the venue, and a completely ruined evening which had we received proper notification, we could have easily found alternative plans. Other customers who were included in the email cancellation replied asking for reimbursement for parking, Uber rides, etc.The luau company has failed to take any of my calls and has not responded to any of my emails regarding my inquire to be reimbursed for the Uber rides. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THIS WAS HANDLED!

I purchased a Groupon for two people for Luau on IDrive. I called, made reservations for April 15, 2026 for a 6:00pm show. We arrived about 5:45 pm. NO Show!I called the company that performs the Luau and was told the show had been canceled until June 1, 2026! She said they sent an email notifying customers. I checked to see if I received one and maybe overlooked it. I did not receive an email for cancellation. I received two emails: 1. A confirmation. 2. A reminder of the show on April 15. I received this email on April 14!While working with Groupon for my refund, I received an email from Luau on IDrive! A cancellation of the show! This email was received about 7:30. The show should have started at 6:00pm.I would think twice before booking any show for Luau on IDrive at CocoCay Water Resort. It’s my understanding that this show is owned by another company and has nothing to do with CocoCay except they use their facility.
