This is a very clean, very quiet hotel. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Bill at the front desk was a hoot and super helpful. There is an on-site restaurant that was really appreciated after a long day in the car. Reasonable prices too. Our server, Hannah, was efficient and very friendly. A nice way to end the day.

The facility is beautiful and clean and the allow pets. The staff we spoke to was helpful and kind. I asked multiple times for an early check in but it wasn’t available. I didn’t think to share my somewhat dire situation but when she learned of what was going on, she made a way to get us in as soon as possible and even gave a water to grandma. I don’t remember your name, but if you’re reading this you know who you are. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Awesome Staff! Clean and Quiet. Free parking. No microwave in room, no free breakfast! I repeat NO FREE BREAKFAST!!! It cost $10!!

The front desk employee named Jasmine is aggressive toward guests. She yells at them, is impatient, and behaves in a very unprofessional manner.I came to the United States on vacation, and arriving at this hotel only to be treated like garbage was one of the worst experiences I’ve had during my trip.I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I sincerely hope management takes appropriate action regarding Jasmine’s unacceptable and inappropriate behavior toward guests.

Very disappointed they did not have a free breakfast and no microwave in the room. Walmart is less than 1 mile away so you can buy groceries. Microwave is in lobby. Had to purchase breakfast at Walmart and heat in microwave each day. They lent me a bowl from the restaurant so I could make oatmeal and cereal for breakfast myself. Free plates and utensils and cups. No hot chocolate only choice is free tea and coffee.No laundry facilities in hotel had to go 6 miles to Van Austyne.Hotel is new opened in December of 2025. Rooms are basic decor but nice. King size bed was wonderful. Shower is a walk-in with two sprayers. WiFi is excellent. Hotel was fine if you want to eat out each meal and don’t need to do laundry.The only reason I won’t stay here is because we tend to keep vacation cost down by cooking at least one meal in the microwave and count on the free breakfast. This hotel was just inconvenient for me as a value vacation traveler. I will return to McKinney, TX hotels next year for the free amenities their hotels offer.The pool is extremely small. Half the size of a traditional hotel pool.
