Hi, I’m Kelly the owner of Kismet Skin! I have been creative all my life, and always knew I wanted to use that in my career. Starting the second I turned 18, I did an apprenticeship program at a tattoo shop, gaining my Body art License and getting to create art on every person that came to see me. For my 18th birthday my mother bought me an appointment to get my eyebrows Microbladed, as I was always filling in my brows with makeup, being insecure about them because I had very sparse hair. I got them done at the end of that year and it immediately sparked an interest in me- I needed to learn that skill. I wanted to learn how to give people the confidence I got in that appointment, walking out with enhanced brows, feeling beautiful. So, that’s exactly what I did! The beginning of the following year I entered a Microblading program and got certified. Since then, I have gotten the opportunity to give exactly what I got to all the beautiful women that came to see me. Seeing them get up from the table and look in the mirror and see their new, enhanced brows truly fills me with joy. It also filled me with more interest about the skin, and other ways to enhance it. That is why I started Esthetician school and it has been another one of the best things I have ever done. From everything I got to learn and experience, to all the truly incredible classmates and teachers I had. I am so grateful I get to do what I love ,and I cannot wait to meet you!
