I am a Field IT Service Technician who is willing to take any job both big and small. Unlike corporations who put you on hold waiting for a complex answer to be thrown at you; I’ll simplify it and get the job done the first time. No need to wait, get complex answers, or even get sold into new equipment from a salesman; it’s all about the personable rapport, the clear/concise information presented, and the task done right even if there’s a lot of problems around it.
