Lovely hotel. Stephanie who checked us in was especially wonderful. She went above and beyond making sure we had a great room and made us feel at home.

What a lovely and relaxing experience at the new Atlas Hotel right across the street from the Harvard Business school.The floor manager and front desk couldn’t be more friendly and professional. They were caring and interested in ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

I booked three times in Atlas between 5 September 2026 to 1st October 2026. I was checked in by Erin E. Erin was very kind, helpful, professional and patient. She make you feel welcomed and at home. I will rate Erin 10/10 for the great service that she provided to me. When I think of ATLAS, I will always remember the courteous and friendly service that she offered me when I checked in. I am coming back to Boston end of this month. I will certainly book in Atlas because of the exceptional service of Erin.

Takes 1 hour to get car from valet. Restaurant is a joke. Waiter thinks he is doing us a favor when I ask for a cup of coffee. We ended up with no breakfast bc buffet food looked pretty sad.

Great atmosphere and beautiful hotel, location is perfect with many restaurants and coffee shops near by. Erin helped me during my check in and she was fantastic, she went above and beyond. I also had a great experience with the lady at check out (I did not catch her name) but she was so professional and helpful getting my car from valet at an early morning hour before valet opened, the security guard was very helpful too. I’ll definitely comeback again
