Customer service was awesome. Workers were very kind and thoughtful.

I love the current burger and everyone that works there. They remind me of Trader Joe’s in how everyone is always so nice and friendly and always in a great mood. They’re also so dog friendly. I never ask but they always give my dog a water bowl and a pup cup and shower him with love and attention. Shoutout to Frank and Weston who were so lovely. My dog loves you!

Amazing southern hospitality and charm. Top notch staff from the welcome through departure. Wonderful location. The style and decor of The Cooper are spot on. Sophisticated and comfortable. Bed was beyond comfortable.

Your staff is a 10. Amazing. Frank L. was so helpful.The bathroom had no toilet paper.The wait to order was ridiculous and not being able to find a seat after ordering infuriating.

Exquisite Experience! Every detail about this property & staff is absolutely wonderful and superior. The location right on the water & downtown Charleston is perfect. The entire hotel is gorgeous. The staff is fantastic! I cannot say enough good about this property
