Portland General Construction was founded in 2021 by Valentin Dragoi, a licensed general contractor with over 14 years of hands-on experience in residential and multifamily construction. Today, PGC manages and executes complete projects from planning through completion, including multifamily unit rehabs, structural additions, full home renovations, and large-scale improvement projects. We also provide fire and smoke restoration and water damage restoration services, and are IICRC certified in both disciplines. At PGC we love to treat our customers with empathy, and aim to exceed their expectations with every project.
