The Bean Counter is a professional bookkeeping service specializing in prior-year QuickBooks cleanups and ongoing monthly bookkeeping for small, service-based businesses. With over 25 years of bookkeeping experience and more than 4.5 years working directly with QuickBooks at Intuit, we bring a level of expertise that goes far beyond basic data entry. Our focus is on accuracy, clarity, and creating CPA-ready books business owners can trust. We understand that messy or behind books are more common than most people realize — and they’re fixable. Whether you need a full clean-up or consistent monthly support, we work calmly and thoroughly to get your books back on track and keep them that way. Local, detail-driven, and client-focused, The Bean Counter partners with businesses that value experience, clear communication, and peace of mind.
