This was a great hotel for a two week stay. Room was comfortable, bed was excellent. Although I had to continuously ask for my own towels and change my own bed sheets. They need to work on that. Also, there were a few guests who appeared to be living at this hotel coming down in the same clothes everyday smoking weed out back near the pool. Front desk was fully aware of this. I believe it is kept on the hush. If this is true, the hotel places guests safety at risk.

Fantastic hotel clean rooms friendly people and solid breakfast

Beautiful hotel but Houskeeping seriously lacking. I have stayed in multiple hotels and have managed hotels for years and this is the first hotel where I grossed out but the bed situation. Checked into the room and immediately noticed the bed linen and mattress. The mattress had a thin sheet on it no mattress protector, no bed bug covers just a sheet on top of the mattress, which is completely gross for a hotel multiple people sleep on. You would think they would have some kind of protection so when you lift up the mattress, she don’t see stains and whatever else on the mattress. I’ve never seen a fitted sheet so thin in my life, especially being for a new hotel. All the pillows were feather. They had no cotton pillows. I asked for two extra pillows from the front desk and was sent pillows with no pillowcases just pillowcase covers which was also gross. This is a standard practice for all hotels to have mattress covers and pillowcases and I just don’t understand what happened and if this is the case for every room. The room itself was clean. It’s just the bed that I had an issue with the staff was pretty friendly when we checked in and check-in was pretty smooth. The the breakfast was substantial, but the orange juice was not good. They need to switch it out for something else, It’s watered down. The pools advertise as large pool is not large by any means but not horrible and there’s no seating for guest. You think they would have multiple loungers for all of their have as many floors as they do. I chose this hotel because of the location was near to where I needed to be, but I would probably stay somewhere else in the future, as I come to Tampa very often.
