Clean and the staff was so nice breakfast was great! . Rooms are great! The only negative thing I would say is there is not enough hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was perfect

We were pleasantly surprised to learn the hotel had been open less than two months when we checked in—who doesn’t love a brand-new hotel? That said, it’s clear they’re still working through a few growing pains.The complimentary Marriott breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There was a shortage of basics like plates and forks, and the oatmeal was more soupy than satisfying. I’m usually pretty easygoing with hotel breakfasts, but this one missed the mark. By the second morning, we decided to head out instead.Our biggest disappointment came with housekeeping. After I accidentally knocked over a succulent and got dirt all over the entryway, we requested a cleanup along with fresh towels. We came back later that evening expecting the room to be refreshed, but nothing had been done. When I went down to the front desk to grab towels and mention the issue, the staff was very apologetic.Overall, the hotel itself is modern, clean, and in a great location. The front desk team—especially Jasmine—was warm and welcoming, which made a positive impression despite a few hiccups.

Between the fair pricing, the quality of the property, and the incredible team, we have decided to make this our hotel of choice for all future visits to Arizona.We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail provided by your staff. Mr. Jarvis manages the complimentary breakfast with incredible care and diligence. He consistently ensures that every item—from the crisp bacon and hot coffee to the eggs and waffles—is prepared to perfection. Beyond the high quality of the food, his thoughtful nature and ability to remember guest favorites truly made our mornings special.Additionally, we would like to commend Mr. William for his professional kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure our requests were fulfilled and that we could fully enjoy the amenities Marriott offers. His accommodating mannerism and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay.The location in Gilbert is ideal, with easy access to local entertainment, shopping, and dining, but it is the hospitality of your team that will bring us back. It’s brand new. I got lucky and got to stay early and it’s amazing. Everyone was so nice, especially Kiyomi and Kevin. I’ll definitely be back.
