As a West Point graduate, former Division I athlete, and U.S. Army officer, I combine real-world leadership experience with proven confidence-building strategies. I provide youth speaking programs, team workshops, and specialized mindset coaching designed for students facing intense pressure in sports, academics, and social environments. My coaching equips young people with practical mental performance tools, focusing on a structured process to Recognize, Reset, and Go Again when facing setbacks. Whether delivering an impactful keynote speech, a team sports banquet workshop, or an interactive group program, my focus is always on showing that mindset matters. I partner with families, school teams, and community athletic clubs throughout Fullerton and the greater Orange County area.
