Michelle specializes in residential property management, military privatized housing, affordable housing (LIHTC & Section 8), and HOA management, with experience overseeing portfolios of up to 3,500 units. Her hands-on leadership and depth of experience have earned her a reputation as one of Alaska’s most trusted property managers. Michelle’s daughter, Shayla, grew up immersed in the real estate industry, watching her grandparents and parents build successful careers. Licensed since 2013, Shayla has continued the family tradition of excellence. She managed 125 units as an Associate Broker and Property Manager in Colorado Springs before returning to Alaska in 2023. As a born-and-raised Alaskan, wife, and new mother, Shayla brings both professional expertise and a personal understanding of local families and property owners.
