I have worked with QuickBooks Desktop for over 6 years. This included doing payroll through Intuit payroll. I was in charge of invoicing necessary customers. The work was for a nonprofit so I was also in charge of doing a job costing for various grants. I have been doing bookkeeping for over 30 years. I have done just accounts receivable, accounts payables including writing checks, general ledger, and journal entries. I have done month end closing and helped with preparing the books for the accountants for year end. I have helped clean up a company’s books that a previous bookkeeper had mixed up.
