We booked using mileage points with high hopes, and are sorely very disappointed. Yes, the facilities are newly renovated and was clean.This was probably the only positive. The room they let us into had someone's fresh face shavings dumped into the sink with no refrigerator. They gave us another room immediately upon complaint. Breakfast was adequate for my son. Free coffee. Those were all positives. Negatives - LOUD b/c its near the airport and you hear planes flying by. Atmosphere - its just a block from a great part of town. But...the hotel itself is right across the street from a strip club.I was ready to say we could stay again b/c we only stayed for a swim meet, until I came home and found a CHARGE on my credit card for EVERY night we had stayed. I have CALLED the hotel 3 TIMES and they still have not resolved this! I booked with Mileage 3 months before our stay, this should not be a problem. Very unhappy with this POOR SERVICE.

This hotel was the worst from the moment we checked in. I booked from the Bon Voy app and as I am at the front desk they could not find my reservation and had ME not even them call the Bon Voy app customer service to have them find my reservation. I showed them on my app the reservation and gave them the confirmation number and still told to call. I called n right away was told my reservation was there and they called the hotel and walked them thru how to find it. This took about 1 hr to just check in.Not ONE time were my towels changed or trash picked up without me asking on a daily basis and given a hard time at that to get fresh towels and my trash taken out. (I was there 1 week exactly). I left a message with the front desk to talk to a manager. Conveniently there is not one as I was told. Only the owner whom then I said ok please have him call me. Not a word from the man my entire stay.I went to pack my car and see the police here as I am packing my car the owner was with the police pulling a pistol out of the trash can right outside the front door. Very sketchy.I dont recommend this place to anyone especially for the price I paid. This place was terrible all around.

This is has got be one of the worst Marriott properties. I felt like it was one step from Army Lodging. No TV in sitting area, not blankets, no glasses in the room, two very flat pillows. Very underwhelming. Plus, the photos of the property are not the same as what you get.
