I am at this small park many times a week to meet with family and friends.This stretch of Park Avenue is absolutely beautiful year-round, and in the summer and winter, it offers great views of Park Avenue in Manhattan and North, great views of East Harlem overlooking the Metro North tracks, where kids can enjoy trains emerging from the tunnels under Park Avenue heading to Westchester, Upstate New York, and CT. The Park is enclosed around beautiful buildings from the 1920s and 1930s, and is close to a wine bar and Jamaican restaurant.An absolute must if you are tired of the crowds in Central Park and want to enjoy the cool breeze of the city. The park is ideal for older adults with mobility challenges.
