Dr. Jessica Izlar is a Georgia native who was born and raised in Snellville and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from Georgia Southern University in 2007. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Georgia in 2014 after first being inspired by a childhood visit to UGA’s veterinary school. After more than a decade in small animal general practice, she felt a clear calling toward end-of-life care and founded Willow Bridge Veterinary Home Hospice and Euthanasia Service to focus on providing gentle, in-home support for pets and their families.
