As a family-owned restaurant, what makes us different is the care behind everything we serve. Our pizza dough is made fresh with a 72-hour fermentation using unbleached, unbromated flour and a New York water filtration system to help us create the texture and flavor we’re looking for. Our fries and wings are fried in premium beef tallow, and we’re intentional about the ingredients that go into our food. Our menu goes beyond pizza, too. We created our signature HUGs, fresh-baked bread filled with favorites like Ribeye, Chicken Caesar, Pastrami, and Calabrian Chicken, along with our Yolkadini. As a family-owned business, Cheese Theory is a mix of the food we grew up loving and the food we love eating today. From our dough to our HUGs, everything comes back to the same theory: start with better ingredients, make it fresh, and make it worth craving.
