We were originally booked for six nights but checked out after the first night because of the cleanliness of our room. We found spots on the bathroom floor and what appeared to be dried nasal residue on the sheets. It took about 30 minutes for the sheets to be changed after we reported it. The front desk staff was kind, apologetic, and offered to compensate us for the night, which we appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, but the housekeeping needs improvement

Rooms were not clean. First room that I got had forty bed sheets with hairs on it and even floor had dirt. Got the room changed but it turned out no better. There was no hot water in shower and had to take bath with cold water during Reno winter. Ongoing construction in the hotel too.Breakfast options were also very limited unlike other homewood we have stayed earlier.Would not recommend this place.

I have never had a more awful stay in my entire life. For your own mental health stay ANYWHERE ELSE in Reno. The noise level is crazy. Literally felt like I was in a torture chamber staying here. Stuck in a non-refundable room with crazy loud noises constantly. Don't expect to rest here. The internet is slow. The TV does not have any sort of TV Guide. I did not see house keeping once over my 7 day stay (they said she would check in every other day) so I had to wash my own towels and get my own coffee pods from the front desk. I thought I would take a break from the noise and relax in the spa....CLOSED. This whole stay was awful and not 1 single person has reached out to me. Annoying.

Hot tub is out of order & you don’t find out about it when you make a reservation, because there is no alert posted on their site. This is misleading. They should post an alert about it & maybe working on fixing it. This property is very poorly managed & is a horrible value.

First of all room was ok for 1 night stay. We stayed at 113 and this room needs to PM’ed. Exit door by room 115 is not secure ,it can be opened by pulling hard. Front desk do not pay attention to any guests, even motel 6 staff is more attentive than this front desk. FDSK Guy on 8/19 in the evening was horrible. I went with some cleanliness issues to talk to him , he was careless what I have to say… no apology. Lots of excuses how may have happened. I left my business card with him, if you need more information please feel free to contact me. Furthermore he doesn’t understand how digital key works, I picked that one he was training the new person.
