I was raised on Lincoln logs Legos and erector sets which has trained me for what I do now. I love fixing things and I love the challenging projects that others turn away. I've always been in construction in one way or another and I did own my own construction company for about 16 years and also owned my own spray foam insulation company for about the same amount of time. Covid came around and slowed down business and one of my customers said what do you really like to do? That's when I decided to open handyman doug because I love to fix things and make people happy. I'm skilled and almost all phases of home repair and smart enough to know when to call in a professional if it is above my capability.
