Welcome to Mahjong Mama NWA, where it's all about bringing people together through the joy of American Mahjong. Founded in Northwest Arkansas by Lindsey Fraser, Mahjong Mama creates fun, welcoming spaces where players can learn, build confidence, and connect — one tile at a time. I teach American Mahjong using official National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules and hands, making the game approachable for beginners while helping experienced players sharpen their skills. And once you're ready… I love a good game of messy mahj — think blanks, towers, and all the extra fun. Mahjong Mama NWA offers a variety of ways to play and learn, including: - Private group lessons - Public classes and pop-ups - Open play events - Corporate events & team building experiences - Mahjong Mama Mahj Club Whether you’re brand new to the tiles or looking to grow your mahj community, Mahjong Mama is here to make the game feel fun, modern, and completely welcoming!
