Hi, I’m Maria, the birth doula behind Heartline Doula. Not only am I DONA Certified, I’m also a mother, Registered Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and a member of the Asher Birth & Body doula team. My style is warm, grounded, hands-on, and personal, with a focus on helping you feel informed and confident without ever making you feel pressured toward one type of birth. I support families with birth preparation, comfort measures, positioning, breathing, partner involvement, and continuous labor support. I especially love building genuine relationships with my clients so that when birth day arrives, you have someone beside you who already knows you, your preferences, and what helps you feel safe and supported.
