I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Luisa on the front desk and the manager, Lorena, who have both been absolutely incredible, as have every single member of staff we have encountered. The service here is genuinely five-star. In fact, I would give this hotel five stars based on the service alone, before even mentioning the beautiful grounds and fantastic resort!I travelled here with my son, who has SEND, including autism and ADHD, and the way the hotel has accommodated his additional needs has been exceptional. When we originally booked, the only room available had one king-size bed. However, my son can lash out and headbutt in his sleep, which can make sharing a bed difficult. The team were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help us, moving us to a room with two beds so that we could both be comfortable.This wasn’t simply good customer service. This was outstanding, compassionate and genuinely exceptional service. As a parent travelling with a child with additional needs, having people listen, understand and genuinely want to help makes an enormous difference. I cannot thank them enough.The hotel is cashless, which unfortunately wasn’t made clear when we booked through Booking.com. However, once the hotel became aware of our situation, they went completely out of their way to assist me and find a solution. They have been nothing short of incredible.As for the resort itself – wow! It is absolutely beautiful. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the pools are spotless, the children’s entertainment is fantastic, and the decor and surroundings are stunning.Another brilliant benefit is that you can use the pools across all three resorts – the Hilton, the Westin and Solea – giving you even more choice during your stay.We still have another two weeks of our holiday here, and I am genuinely so excited to spend them at this resort. I’m absolutely over the moon that we chose to stay here. The last resort we stayed at was beautiful, but honestly, it isn’t a patch on this one.I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel and its wonderful team highly enough.Luisa, Lorena and the entire team – thank you. You have turned what could have been a stressful situation into the beginning of what I know is going to be an incredible holiday for us.Above and beyond. Five-star service. Beautiful, relaxing hotel! Ambience is peaceful and just what I needed. Resort style pool stunning with fire pits and high end decor/chairs, loungers. Rooms decorated w detail and very clean. Beds are amazing! Will for sure be back. Valet Parker Joe super friendly and professional. Wonderful greeter! Makes you feel welcome.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. First, the front desk staff was fine, but once I got my room keys, the keys would not open the door. I had to go back down to the lobby to get a new set. Everything was downhill from there. The toilet kept running, there was a left over cheez-it from the previous guest under the coffee shelf/cabinet, the sink drain wouldn’t lift to drain water, every night we could hear the person above us walking around thought out the entire night! Housekeeping NEVER came to our room for the entire stay even though I asked for it several times. The 3rd day, at 2pm I asked for our room to be refreshed before we got back to our room by 3:30pm. The front desk said that might not be possible because they were fully booked. I said what about by 8pm?? They said yes, they will put the request in. Mind you, the hotel never seemed busy or full, there was never a problem getting pool chairs, restaurant wasn’t fully booked, etc. We got back at 8:30pm from dinner and the room wasn’t touched! I went to the front desk to complain and my husband also came to say he was leaving that night and not to charge parking for his vehicle. I waited 30 min and still no one. I called the front desk and they said they would call housekeeping again. 15 min later they called and said someone was on the way. 15 min after that, they called me back and asked if they came and still no one! Maintenance came instead asking if I requested the AC to be fixed! Finally, at 9:50pm, the front desk guy came to give me towels, coffee and take the trash out. In terms of the pool, the water jug was never refilled and when we actually saw a wait staff, we asked about it and she said I can bring out cups of water. She did do that, but then we never saw her or any other staff walk around the pool after that. Used towels were all over the place. The morning of check out, I look at the bill to see the parking charge for the last night still on the bill. The restaurant was the only positive. As a Marriott Bonvoy member since 2006, this has been the most disappointing stay. I felt like we were staying at a Motel 6.

It’s always serial amazingly beautiful staying there always wished it was longer. The staff are amazing. The atmosphere, ambience exquisite!

Gina helped us tremendously! She took a terrible experience (not working ac in room for 2 days) and found a way to make it work and accommodate us.
