I am a Master Certified Life Coach located in Portland, Oregon. I meet with clients in person at my office in the Pearl, or virtually online. I specialize in working with clients who are feeling stuck and are wanting to explore different aspects of personal or business growth, such as ongoing relationship struggles, health and wellness goals, professional and business development, or adjusting to new and unexpected circumstances due to loss of any kind. I also enjoy working with clients who are going through, or considering, life changes and transitions. This can include, but is not limited to, career changes such as switching jobs or retiring, family life changes such as divorce or parenthood, or other life adjustments such as moving, breakups, new opportunities, etc. Together we explore the circumstances that brought these clients in, what their goals are for the future, and how they can get there. Using an open format with intentional questions, thought provoking exercises, and clear and consistent feedback, I help put my clients back behind the driver's seat of their own life and on a clear path towards a future of their own design.
