BUGS! We killed at least 10 bugs in our room. The manager, MaryAnn said they were harmless. The only thing she offered was to move us to another room. I wasn't feeling well and didn't feel like moving. I had no faith that any other room at this hotel would be any better. She also offered to have a guy come into our room and remove them. That wouldn't have helped because the bugs come out of the wall at different times. No hot water in the shower and the tub didn't drain. We called the front desk to have maintenance on the shower and Destiny told us there was no one available...that he had gone to the hospital. Missing fire sprinklers, filthy floors, old beaten down furniture, maintenance being done on half of the rooms on the third floor, paint pealing, a man was spraying bug spray in the halls, terrible chemical smell, no chair or luggage rack, broken lamps...I could go on but you get the picture. This hotel is a sty and would NEVER stay here again. Also, it was game day weekend so I paid over $250 a night for this dump. Don't stay here. I'd rather sleep in my car!

I know this is a lodge and not an hotel....but there are somethings I do not tolerate. I found fleas....the first one near the sink where you brush your teeth!! the other flea appeared on the table besides de bed. Also the bed generated me itching all night since the first time....even though I did not see any I think probably mites were on the matress.I stayed for 6 nights and no one day the room was cleaned, nor the corridors outside my room or the public areas. Definitely cleaning is an issue here. Personnel were extremely friendly and nice. They even gave an upgrade on the room to a much bigger one. Breakfast was included, basic but ok (hard eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, coffee, bread, bagels). After I realize it was not only 1 flea but a cleaning issue, I preferred to return Chicago before than planned

For the price it was very good … bed comfortable linens too. Breakfast was the same day after day no variety… no bacon or sausage like in pictures… waffles breads cereal oatmeal juice coffee. But considering how reasonable it is that was ok. Housekeeping is upon request only.

Kind of a rundown spot compared to a lot of the other hotels in the area. A lot of the amenities are under maintenance, poor quality or otherwise unavailable. I had a situation where hotels.com booked me into a room that was not available and I initiated a refund process through hotels.com. they contacted the property and the property refused to follow through with the refund, even though they were advertising or allowing hotels.com to book a room that was not available. Regardless of the error, the property should have refunded my payment immediately, in person when I went to check in or at the very least cooperated with hotels.com on the refund due to the errant overbooking. This is why I'm leaving a one-star review.There were at least another 12 people getting roped into the same scam immediately behind me, queued up for the same non-existent room.

Everything was terrible the room the loft and everything the door of the bathroom didn’t close the facet of the shower didn’t stop dripping and the faucet of the sink was leaking EVRYWHERE it was the worst experience and especially the price I paid.
