Minority owned, boutique, human-centered consulting practice founded by Gloria C. Gelabert to guide organizations through complex technology transformations that actually endure. With over 30 years of hands-on experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with Government Agencies, Fortune 500, Credit Unions, and Nonprofits, Gloria brings strategic discipline, technical depth, and practical execution to enterprises ready to modernize legacy systems, implement robust ERP/HR platforms, and build lasting internal capability. The firm’s core belief — drawn from designing one of Puerto Rico’s first electronic direct-deposit systems that still runs decades later — is simple: technology transformations fail not because of the systems, but because the humans are forgotten. Gelabert Compass specializes in: - Translating board-level strategy into clear, executable roadmaps - Managing full-cycle enterprise ERP and HR development and implementations that do not implode - Defining product requirements that engineering teams can realistically build and end-users will actually adopt -Implementing SAFe Agile and PMO frameworks by removing friction, delivering measurable efficiency gains - Proactively analyzing risks and embedding compliance from day one - Leading knowledge transfer so organizations become self-sufficient — transformation does not end when the consultant leaves.
