Porchlight Pros was built for one specific problem: HVAC emergencies don't happen during business hours. Most HVAC companies close at 5pm. When your furnace stops working on a Friday night in January, or your AC fails during a July heatwave on a Sunday afternoon, you're left searching through websites, leaving voicemails, and hoping someone calls back. That's the gap we fill. We operate exclusively as an after-hours platform, connecting Twin Cities homeowners with a curated network of licensed, insured HVAC contractors who are actually available when you need them. No answering services. No "we'll have someone call you Monday." Real contractors, dispatched in real time, directly to your phone. What sets us apart from the big national lead platforms is focus. Thumbtack and Angi serve everyone, everywhere, with no specialization. Porchlight Pros serves one metro, one trade, during the hours that matter most. That means contractors in our network are committed to after-hours work — not reluctant participants. Every contractor we work with is vetted, licensed, and carries active insurance. We don't just connect you with whoever is available. We connect you with someone qualified. If your system breaks down tonight, we're already working on it.
