My reservation was to be picked up at 10:30 on May 17th. We got an email on the 16th saying it would be 11:00. Fine.I called at 11:15 and was told the shuttle was running late, but would arrive in 15 minutes. At 11:45 another customer at our hotel called and was told the shuttle broke down. They were told there was no timeframe for a replacement, if there even would be one.I'm furious. We never got a text, email, or call that we were out of luck. This is unacceptable.

We bought the round trip from motel to port& port to airport. We had zero issues. Guys were very accommodating and friendly.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Immediately got us on the next shuttle directly to our hotel near the airport. Do not use the ships shuttle service use Seattle Express.

Trip from hotel (Coast Gateway) to Pier 91? Would recommend. Driver was prompt, efficient, friendly, courteous. Van lacked seatbelts (to secure infant car seat), but not a deal-breaker. Delivery to cruise terminal in nominal time.Trip from Pier 91 to SeaTac? Would not recommend. Over an hour wait (standing!) for shuttles advertised as running continuously, which apparently equates to one shuttle per 30-35 minutes, insufficient to service the disembarking customer volume. Little, if any, communication by on-site personnel about schedule expectations. One would expect a 3.5-hour cushion between disembarkation and flight departure to be sufficient; thankfully, a short TSA line allowed us to reach our gate just prior to the boarding call.

We are highly dissatisfied with the service provided by Seattle Express. When they arrived to pick us up, they were full and had no room for us, despite having a reservation. Instead, we were told to get an Uber, which is unacceptable. Given our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.While we received a refund for our one-way trip to the pier, we firmly believe we deserve a full refund for our entire round trip due to their poor service and lack of proper customer support. They failed to ensure we had transportation as promised and caused us significant stress. This level of service is simply not acceptable.
