My doula services are to help you have the birth you want! I will assist and prepare you for birth. We will have prenatal visits, I will be with you during the birth, and postpartum visits to see how you and the baby are doing. I work with you and your partner, if you have one, to be mentally and physically ready for birth. I specialize in helping in natural birth but I am trained in medicated and cesarean births as well. Having a doula reduces the risk of unnecessary complications, unplanned cesareans, and increases confidence and all outcomes for birth.
