First time I've had fresh Persian SanGak right out of the oven. The rotating oven is lined with rocks ! The bread was unbelievable and their prices are so affordable.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the naan-e shirmal and the taste was basically like eating baked dough! It was very dense and seemed to be mostly dough, and it felt unusually heavy...
