I have noticed that many people, especially adults who did not grow up using technology, struggle with basic computer and internet skills. Something that may seem simple to one person can feel overwhelming to someone who has never been taught how to use a computer confidently. I want to help people develop those skills for themselves. My goal is to provide one-on-one guidance with basic computer skills, navigating the internet, using email, creating and managing online accounts, downloading applications, and completing everyday tasks online. I can also help individuals create or update a professional resume and learn how to search and apply for jobs online. My focus is not simply on doing these tasks for people. I want to teach them how to do them independently so they can become more comfortable, confident, and capable when using technology in their everyday lives.
