I am committed to ensuring everything I do gets done properly and the customer is treated fairly. I have several years of experience whether it was help desk over the phone and other numerous years as a repair technician as a road technician and a computer repair Tech in a school district and many other companies. I have serviced several HP laptops, desktops, Dell desktops and a few others. I have done everything from software repairs, software installs, firmware, hardware repairs such as motherboards, RAM, WIFI, BSOD (blue screen of death), screen replacements, SMART interactive boards, ethernet cabling (splicing, patching, repairing, "running"/pulling cable, Microsoft Windows, basically any hardware within a desktop and laptop.
