Every loaf is made with a traditional wild yeast starter and naturally fermented for up to 48 hours to develop exceptional flavor, texture, and digestibility. We use simple, quality ingredients and bake everything by hand in small batches—never mass-produced. Our most popular items include our Classic Sourdough Sandwich Loaf, Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough, Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sourdough, and soft cinnamon rolls topped with our homemade vanilla sugar glaze. Because every order is baked fresh, we ask customers to allow up to 48 hours for most orders. Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be ready the next day, depending on our baking schedule.
