Rising Builders Foundation, Inc. is a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to creating opportunities through skilled trades education. We provide hands-on training in drywall repair, painting, OSHA safety, and small business skills to prepare individuals for careers in construction or entrepreneurship. What makes Rising Builders unique is our whole-person approach. We do more than teach a trade—we build confidence, professionalism, leadership, and workplace readiness. Students gain real-world experience using industry tools and materials while developing the technical and soft skills employers value. We serve individuals who face barriers to employment, including unemployed and underemployed adults, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and those seeking a pathway to economic stability. As a nonprofit organization, our focus is community impact, providing training, mentorship, and support to help students succeed. Rising Builders Foundation is an approved training provider through the Texas Workforce Commission’s Eligible Training Provider System (ETPS). We collaborate with employers, workforce partners, and community organizations to ensure our programs meet industry needs and create pathways to employment.
