Mama T Jams & Jellies LLC is a small, community-focused food business dedicated to bringing people together through homemade jams, jellies, and hands-on educational experiences. Our mission is to spread joy by preserving family traditions while inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and makers. In addition to producing artisan jams and jellies, we created the Junior Jammers JAM LAB, an interactive educational program that teaches children practical life skills through the art and science of jam making. Students learn food safety, kitchen skills, measuring, recipe development, food science, teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and the fundamentals of entrepreneurship in a fun, engaging environment. Our classes are designed to build confidence, encourage curiosity, and show young people that they can turn their ideas into opportunities. By combining culinary education with STEM concepts and business principles, Junior Jammers helps children develop skills they can use for a lifetime while creating meaningful connections with their families and communities.
